Williamsburg, Va
I worked with select faculty, research librarians, and fellow peers to contextualize and uplift the experiences of the earliest Asian, Pacific-Islander, and Middle-Eastern students at W&M within the political and racial climate of their times as part of the APM Research Project & KAASE Initiative. Here, I worked in digital and physical archives, created multiple public exhibits, contributed to lesson plans, forged the group's research infrastructure and storage process for archival data, and aided in the development of our public website.

I worked with the Collections & Exhibitions team at the Muscarelle to conduct independent research for the biannual newsletter and ensure accurate collections data by leveraging Excel, Python, and ReDiscovery prior to renovation. Here, I was lucky enough to get exposure to the Muscarelle's 7000+ piece collection, find my own aesthetic taste, as well support the incredible work of the Greater Williamsburg Woman's Association by acting as a liaison for the 11th annual Cultural Arts Experience.
Guatemala City, Guatemala
I worked with Betsy Konefal of WM's History Department, GAM's legal team, and a group of talented peers to analyze and archive 500+ declassified documents for the purpose of prosecution in both domestic and international court in the wake of Guatemala's Armed Conflict (1960-1996). Here, I spent a ton of time in digital archives searching for evidence of forced disappearances, producing a timeline that traced the violence surrounding a key POI, and synchronizing efforts with Haverford's College libraries.
Merrifield, Va
I worked the graveyard shift as part of the Inbound Receiving team at Target, unloading the truck with a team of fellow employees at 2/4am most summer mornings. Here, I moved small boxes and large furniture, stocked shelves, worked the cash register (back when everything wasn't self-checkout), and got the chance to build great relationships with retail leaders. One qualm: I never got forklift certified.
