Create the marketing plan for lead generation pipeline to adequately meet/exceed a qualified sales quota for direct sale. Develop and execute marketing campaigns (to new targets, existing leads and customers) including but not limited to: email marketing, webinars, national events, direct marketing, online campaigns including paid search, affiliate marketing in an effort to drive leads to sales. • Lead the architecting of the process and managing of the email marketing engine and CRM tool to automate, optimize and scale the lead generation process. • Manage and continually optimize the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of email marketing campaigns.
