Forrest Richardson is a business and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who is committed to understanding and assisting the business community by providing comprehensive Safety Health and Environmental policy, program, system development and education. Forrest proudly served in the United States Army and currently serves as the Safety Division Director for Fit For Work providing safety and health consultative services to our clients. Forrest earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and is currently seeking his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has received training through the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Institute and American Society of Safety Engineers. He is a professional member of the South Texas Chapter of American Society of Safety Engineers.

Developed and conducted site specific training for over 75 clients, 25 internal, outside and route sales staff. General and Construction Industry Safety training courses include but are not limited to the following: Fire Prevention, Portable Fire Extinguisher, Hazard Communication, Confined Space Entry, Respiratory Protection, Electrical Safety, Construction Fall Protection, Materials and Handling/Powered Industrial Truck, Safe Chemical Handling, Hearing Conservation, Emergency Response, Personal Protective Equipment, Hazardous Energy & Control, Machine Guarding and Portable Power Tools, CPR, First Aid and Automatic External Defibrillator Certifications.Responsible for client development, marketing and sales for the safety division. Processed, planed and executed marketing and sales strategies based on internal and external market demands. Supervised additional safety consultants on safety related issues for clients.

Project Manager for aircraft safety inspection teams for 24 Aircraft. Responsible for determining proper application of safety procedures, implementation of abatement and/or hazard reduction strategies to ensure the health and safety of air & ground crew personnel at all times. Evaluated hazards identified through facility, equipment and aircraft system and component safety inspections in accordance with OSHA and Department of Labor regulations.Responsible for the development and administration of safety programs covering over 600 personnel. Responsible for the determination of program gap audits, reporting of the identification of resources, program goals and objectives for Environmental Health and Safety prolicies, programs and systems.Conducted safety, health and environmental program audits for military units located in multiple states to determine overall safety and health program in accordance with Department of Defense and OSHA regulations.
