Leases: -Responsible for adding Provisions, Wells, Mineral Interest, Working Interest, Query Writing, Data Reporting/Auditing, and NRI deck input.-I looked at any undeveloped tracts to see if any CDC language continued the lease past the primary term and to reactivate any leases thought to be expired as well as expire any leases where there was non-production on the lease. Data Input & Reporting: -Largest deal input included 10,000 lines over 3 companies and was uploaded with 100% accuracy. Also converted a deal of 3,355 lines of data to only 625 and was able to match the current spatial recognition at a 95.2% accuracy.-Before mass uploading, I was responsible for cleaning the data to remove extra spaces, formatting data to current company expectations, consolidations of duplicate entries, summed up duplicate lines to match the P2 GIS land grid, and reported weekly changes in BOLO with explanations covering close to 20,000 lines of data.-Responsible for added all new wells and permits into BOLO. Input 860 wells at once with 99% accuracy. The variations between DI and IHS databases for the Operators and Naming conventions were tracked and noting for monthly review. I ran monthly reports to find duplicate entries overall 5,000 well entries between several companies. I worked with Accounting to verify reverse and rebooks as well as correct reporting of production numbers per API. -

As well as gather information to release owners out of suspense and send the title to the Operators.Administration:-OCRed DOTOs, DSUs, DPUs, Bill of Sales, JOAs, Leases, Mass Change reports, DOs, and conveyance documentation.- Created over 500 physical Well folders in 2 months and assist in Digital Clean up to ensure physical files match the digital counter parts. - Train Administrative Analysts to ensure quick DOI filing, mailing, and understanding specific Oil and Gas procedures and legal limitations. -
