About Vandana Rana

My passion is building businesses and backing talented people. I think it is important to invest in people rather than just products or businesses. I'm a great believer that it is people who create a successful business through their passion and conviction. I’ve always believed “It’s your attitude, not your aptitude that determines your altitude”.After graduating with a BCA in IT and pursuing MBA in HR, I worked in several organizationsfor seven years to gain valuable work experience. After working for several years and gainingadequate work experience in recruitment, I was passionately driven by the philosophy of womenempowerment. With great zeal and passion, I started a business venture, Srijan Spectrum, thatmultiplied to six branches in India and generated a turnover of 18 crores. My idea of investing inpeople has enabled my firm to build a team of 70 people, especially from underprivilegedsections of society.
