• Published a freight metrics report (using SQL, Alteryx & Tableau), which is monitored weekly by a dedicated freight team to track monthly spend, combining eight different vendor data sources• Analyzed multiple time series models (ARIMA & ETS) for predicting freight spend & shipments across four different freight groups (totaling to eight different models to analyze) to assess if end of year goals would be met (using R)• Implemented an unsupervised learning model (KNN) on individual freight shipments to identify groupings in shipments, on multiple numeric variables, to identify outliers (using R, Alteryx & Tableau)• Created a hospital dining dashboard to monitor spend across 14 different health service organizations which was used to identify cost savings opportunities through price benchmarking
