From my time as a kid in youth sports, throughout school, as well as in my personal and professional life as an adult; the individuals who have made the greatest impact on me are those who have inspired people to do better - be better - encouraged everyone they interact with to realize their full potential. I think this is why the phrase, “A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle”, has always struck a chord with me. My passion lies in leaving those around me feeling capable and inspired. Growing leaders and creating an environment where motivated people can; and will succeed is, in my opinion, the greatest challenge for anyone to undertake. My career has centered around measuring personal success through the success of others.
