• Accountable for sale of Employee Background Screening Services which includes:-
• Prospecting clients from all across the country through Telephone Calls, Internet, Personalized Mailers, and Meetings etc.
• Prepare and provide sales presentations on various service offerings to the Corporate.
• Draft Business Proposals.
• Understand client requirements and providing recommendations and customized solutions.
• Negotiating with the client on the various clauses of the service agreement and closing the deal.

My responsibility here was to set up and manage a team of advisors. This included:Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting a team of qualified financial professionals and retail channel partners to promote Life Insurance (insurance advisors). Co-ordination on their training, exam and license (re-train them as and when required, this involved role plays).
