Accountable for sale of Employee Background Screening Services which includes:-•Prospecting clients from all across the country through Telephone Calls, Internet, Personalized Mailers, and Meetings etc.•Prepare and provide sales presentations on various service offerings to the Corporate.•Draft Business Proposals.•Understand client requirements and providing recommendations and customized solutions.•Negotiating with the client on the various clauses of the service agreement and closing the deal.•Understand additional requirements of clients to cross sell other service offerings.•Co-facilitated interactions between the client and various functional teams to ensure timely execution and error free outputs.•Participate in various trade fairs and seminars to promote the above services.•Tracking market/competitor trends to keep abreast the changing client and study and understand the market for Background Screening Services requirements/expectations.

My responsibility here was to set up and manage a team of advisors. This included:Identifying, interviewing, and recruiting a team of qualified financial professionals and retail channel partners to promote Life Insurance (insurance advisors). Co-ordination on their training, exam and license (re-train them as and when required, this involved role plays) Build and enhance public relations with the advisors.Goal setting and motivation of the sales force.Set targets and work together to achieve them. Strive to get them to work independently and get actively involved for High Net worth Individual cases.Measure and manage the sales of the Unit on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Maintain a high activisation and productivity ratio of my unit.
