Handling of accounts (Private patients, Medscheme, Accicare (RAF), Discovery, Bestmed, Keyhealth, Umvuzo, Sizwe and Workmen’s Compensation), Manage debtors book and age analysis, Daily update status of individual patient accounts, Maintain Diary notes on the system for follow up and references, Communicate directly with patients (telephone and written) regarding account queries and short payments, Post payments to accounts and allocate as required, Manage private patients accounts and obtain documented commitment for payment, Ensure timeous distribution relationship with Case Managers and ensure all required documents and updates are timeously submitted (e.g motivation letter and injury report), Ensure all accounts are followed up in accordance with working protocols, Accurate processing of Refunds documentation.
