Our operations span across five European countries – Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Romania, and Italy. Our primary objective is to enhance customer journeys, and foster our current remarkable double-digit growth. Additionally, we provide an toolset to support the internal teams in each country, to improve our operational efficiency.My key focus is shaping and upholding our product vision, achieved in close collaboration with my team of Product Owners. Based on my former experience, particularly in agile transformations and scaling delivery teams, I also oversee the seamless flow of our delivery pipeline. With rest of my team consisting of Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Project Managers etc.. we ensure cross-functional alignment and harmonious teamwork.My journey with Dr. Max commenced in the middle of 2019, a time when everything was labeled as a "project." Fast forward four years, and we now boast a distinct Product Department with representation from our Chief Product Officer at the company's board level. Our discussions now revolve around prioritization, critically evaluating requests, and assessing their potential benefits for our customers, all geared towards optimizing their satisfaction while delivering substantial value for the organization. Although we are still progressing towards enhancing our data-informed decision-making process, the "ride" we had till now was simply remarkable. We run business and platform currently in 4 (soon to be 5) countries in Europe and try to provide a toolset to the countries that would help them run the business from a commercial perspective.I am responsible for maintaining and providing the vision of the product itself and also to help coordinate and lead our development activities and delivery.Colleagues in my team are primarily Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, Infrastructure & DevOps, and together we try to bring value by introducing a scalable and easily launchable "Platform as a service" for respective commercial owners. We are shifting the mindset of the organization and transforming to a more agile and product approach since we believe this will bring us great benefits in the long term and a better time to market. Also, we need to maintain within a frame of some cost (budgets). Development is run partially in-house where we are trying to build a strong knowledgeable team with help of some external suppliers that are experts in the tools we utilize. Goal is currently to deliver multiple migration projects of particular countries to onboard them to unified solution based on Magento and headless frontend architecture. Goal is currently to deliver multiple migration projects of particular countries to onboard them to unified solution based on Magento and headless frontend architecture. I work as an enabler between IT and Business People using my previous experience from both sides. In the meantime of migration we are working also on improving the basics of the group solution so that we bring new functionalities into the platform that will then support business needs in growing market.I guide and cooperate closely with local Product Owners, Project Managers, UX designers and IT teams from 4 countries (CZ, SK, ROU,PL) on setting the priorities and preparing the roadmap for following months including budgeting.Once migration projects will be done, we will follow in proper Product development with focus to increase conversion rate, bring more valuable traffic and build product "chunks" that will satisfy our customers needs but also generate profit.
