Current• Triage with leads, PMs in level-setting resource forecast ensuring efforts are tracked throughout the financial year.• Extract reports on Roadmaps, Defined milestones, Sales, and variance reports on a weekly cadence.• Proactively engage team members in time reporting and aligning efforts with designated projects.• Factoring budget for the financial year, involving cost calculations for the project planning horizon.• Run Financial baseline report, compare and analyze actual with forecast to formulate variance cost report.• Delegate user, resource grants, roles, evaluate and clean up redundancies.• Schedule, monitor, and capture logs for Job stream execution on a daily, weekly & monthly cadence.• Deploy, and integrate Kanban board with portfolios and capture value streams from project workflows.• Set performance benchmarks, identify outliers, gather feedback on capacity utilization, and propose enhancements.
