The CEO of 38 Barracks38 Barracks is my brainchild and the inspiration behind setting up a one-of-a-kind military-themed restaurant & bar goes back to a train journey. While travelling to Shimla, I met an Indian Army Colonel and knowing about his life inspired me to showcase the lifestyle of an Indian Army soldier to the general public. 38 Barracks has been established as a tribute to an army man, given by a civilian. The place has military collectables and memento adorning every nook and corner. For instance, the clothes rack for coats, ties, hats etc. that can be seen to the right when you enter the restaurant to the luggage that is kept in a corner towards the left.From guns to medals to monochrome photographs of army men and their families to old phones, clocks, cameras, and books to a gun that hangs atop the bar. As for the ambience, it is well-lit with music playing in the background.The place is ideal for having a Corporate party, Kitty Party, Family Gatherings, and Birthday celebration as we have a spacious party hall. 38 Barracks is also the best-rated restaurant on Zomato.
