✅ Building and Leading a Company: In this role, I successfully founded and led Naxex Technological Development, a company comprising 300 employees. My responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional teams, such as development, QA, BI, product/project management, IT infrastructure, human resources, accounting, customer service, and technical support. This encompassed establishing and maintaining efficient workflows across departments, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving the company's growth.✅ Product Management Leadership: I provided visionary leadership to three dedicated teams of product managers responsible for conceiving and delivering cutting-edge trading and marketing platforms. This involved setting the product strategy, guiding the development process, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that met market demands.✅ Agile Methodology Implementation: I spearheaded the implementation of the Scrum development methodology across all our development teams. This transition enhanced our product development processes by promoting efficiency, flexibility, and faster adaptation to changing market dynamics. It facilitated a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.✅ Operational Planning: Managing technical and customer service tasks for a vast workforce of approximately 1,500 employees was a challenging yet rewarding aspect of my role. I devised and executed comprehensive operational plans to optimize productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure top-notch customer service, thereby contributing to the company's sustained success.✅ Company Operations Establishment: At the inception of the company, I played a pivotal role in establishing robust business and operational procedures. I founded various departments and KPIs for each department. My role extended to ensuring the monitoring and achievement of these KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and performance-driven operations.
