My motto: “Happy people make good things and good things makes money.” Experience with Leadership, Team Building, Production, Art Direction, Animation, Narrative Design, Game Design, Live Action Directing and Quality Assurance and have managed teams ranging from 5 to over 150.I have worked on a wide range of genres and titles including Crackdown 3, Alan Wake, Ryse: Son of Rome, Age of Empires Online, Gears of War, Halo, State of Decay, Fable, and a large collection of soon-to-be-games, prototypes, almost-was-a-games, and a few should-have-never-beens.I was also an Animator for a few years, and a Software Test Engineer for several years before that! I've been in games a LONG time and love this industry!
