Senior Digital Content Specialist
Current• Ensure team is using Industry best practices, techniques, and standards for 3D rendering, VR, UI/UX design, and graphic design.• Determine and define project scope and objectives.• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective manner.• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, risks, and progress.• Measure project performance and identify areas of improvement.• Communicate project objectives to team members.• Create static renderings and animated visualizations of new or existing designs to support engineering design reviews, internal and external marketing, and bid proposals with an emphasis on schedule, quality and creativity that will meet or exceed customer expectations.• Use state of the art editing, effects, and post processing to composite images & renders.• Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, story boards, status reporting, project communication, quality assurance, research and historical records.• Provide guidance to team members to ensure the appropriate objectives are performed and documented.• Provide leadership to staff including resource planning, scheduling, and administration to ensure program success. Assure deliverables meet customer requirements and corporate objectives.• Support intranet site with relevant and current projects to showcase Oshkosh capability.
