Over those eight years I saw Tim grow as a friend and a colleague, as did his responsibilities at the company. Tim was always the guy who went out of his way (which often meant putting in a lot of extra hours) to make sure everyone he was involved with (including myself) had what they needed to be successful, often, at times, at the expense of his personal time. He was the guy that could answer pretty much any question anyone threw at him, and if he didn't know the answer he did everything he could to figure it out. I saw Tim's own role evolve over the years and regardless of what his title or official responsibilities were at any time everyone in the entire building knew they could count on him, for anything, all the time, no matter what. I don’t know that I’ve met many people with a work-ethic and level of accountability that Tim has. Among his many responsibilities over the years I saw Tim hire and train numerous employees. Working in sales, it was always reassuring to know the team Tim built and managed over the years was always stacked full of top-tier players ready to deliver what the client was promised and some. Tim never, ever missed deadlines and always went above and beyond to make sure his team was happy and healthy while making sure what came out of his department was continually pushing the envelope of what was possible.
