Designed and created custom scripting/tooling around jira-azuredevops-migrator for an enterprise-wide Jira-to-Azure DevOps migration.Designed and created many automated processes using Azure DevOps REST API and AZ CLI.Reverse-engineered an existing Azure deployment to develop a new, data-driven deployment toolset (PowerShell/Azure CLI) for both desktop and Azure DevOps pipeline deployments. Created and executed a Development Plan, Test Plan, and Training Plan for this toolset. Expanded the functionality of the toolset to support PowerShell 7 and Linux, enabling the flexibility to utilize Linux ADO Agents and developer desktops. Later, re-engineered the deployment pipeline from serial to dynamic parallel, leading to a 97% reduction in deployment time.Responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining CI/CD workflows and pipelines in an Azure DevOps/Git environment. Conducted both scheduled and ad-hoc Azure and Dynamics 365 deployments.Established a local PowerShell module repository using Azure DevOps pipelines and Git repos for fallback purposes when PowerShellGallery.com is unavailable or offline.

In the Windows Photos App group, designed, created, monitored and triaged CI/CD pipelines. Analyzed CI/CD workflows and made performance improvements. Designed and implemented an automatic test-failed-retry pipeline to work around unreliable tests and test infrastructure, allowing development to concentrate on dev activities.
