Many of our students are referred by parents, other students, and teachers. • Recruitment and training of key assistants – usually 2nd / 3rd year university – to fully support a wide range of students by ability and age• Responsibility for developing the First Class Learning maths materials, and overseeing the change from computer generated ‘drill sheets,’ to fully scaffolded national curriculum based modules. These have been adopted by 98% of centres nationally, and cited as the main reason for new Centre Managers to join the franchise (including some franchisees joining from our competitors)• Development of 3minutemaths YouTube channel to, currently, 77000 subscribers. It is anticipated that the channel will grow to 100,000 subscribers by mid-2022.
