While being a full time university student at KFUPM, I worked for 8 hours daily at the major Eastern Province branch of Jarir bookstore (a listed company in the Saudi Stock exchange.♣ Managed the store, (30+ staff when the manager is unavailable). ♣ Supervised the store cashiers and resolved client’s complaints.♣ Managed the Issuance of Discount Cards and handled refunds and exchanges.♣ Managed the relations with governmental entities related to the branch.
