Closely work with the MAR Comptroller and EVP to ensure sound fiscal management of the association and its assets, promote and protect the interests of the MAR membership and assets of the corporation, and oversee the preparation of the Annual Operating Budget.

Work closely with the Chair and staff to oversee meetings, work groups, hearing panels, and other efforts of the committee, which is charged with matters regarding change of name or jurisdiction of local boards, and policies affecting members.
