Effectively integrated ECOYA service with IBK's corporate service ESG box.Even without a development organization, HRM successfully entered the waste collection business by securing data from over 7000 waste collection instances with 15 client companies within a year of launch. As the UX Design Team Lead, I developed a concept to showcase the performance of the UI engine embedded in mobile phones. Later, I took charge of planning and operating smartphone app services as part of new business initiatives.In collaboration with telecom business partners, I oversaw the design and operation of the app service Super.b, which allows users to make calls for free or at local call rates in 57 countries. Within 1.5 years after its launch, the app was downloaded 220,000 times and accumulated 3.5 million minutes of call time, achieving the highest user satisfaction in its category.
