I currently serve as the Executive Director at Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive services and programs to empower and support our clients and community.My core competencies include staff development, career counseling, leadership development, and nonprofit management. I hold a Master of Arts in Social Sciences and Student Affairs from State University of New York at Binghamton, and I am fluent in English and Hebrew.
