Brian Simmons is an Award Winning Writer/Producer/Director who was recruited from network television to bring real world writing skills to inner city students in the NYC Department of Education. With a degree in Psychology and nearly two decades of daily Mindfulness Meditation practice, as well as significant personal training by World Masters (including extensive silent retreat meditation experience), Brian has pioneered the inclusion of Mindfulness into Educational Organizations (from elementary to Collegiate levels) in order to lower stress, improve student and staff achievement, and facilitate Career and College Readiness.
