About Greg Geiger

With over 25 years of experience in IT management consulting, I help clients achieve their business goals by delivering complex IT solutions, leading ServiceNow deployments, and designing IT strategies. As the Director of ITSM and ServiceNow at KPMG, I leverage my technical and business acumen to solve challenges for some of the world's top companies across 10 industries, such as Apple, Chevron, GE, American Express, and others.My core competencies include IT service management, IT operating model and operations, IT portfolio management, ITIL, M&A and divestitures, organizational change management, performance management, program and project management, service integration, service-level management, and vendor management.
