o Facilitate and manage the recruitment process for placing individuals with specialties in: Administrative/Executive/Personal Assistants, Luxury Travel industry expertise, Hospitality, Finance, Real Estate, Human Resources, Interior Design, Marketing/Advertising, Public Relations/Communications, etc., professionals at all levels.o Travel/Hospitality industry talent and operational maven working with premier organizations nationally on staffing professionals from entry level to C-level Executives. o Expertise in staffing permanent positions for corporate clients and within my client's Estates/Homes across all verticals specializing in the placement of Executive/Personal Assistants to celebrities, athletes, high net worth individuals, C-level Executives, Board of Directors and other high level corporate Executiveso Partner with C – level Executives, Human Resources Managers, hiring managers and recruiters to source, assess, attract and hire the best talent for both exempt and non-exempt positionso Partner with clients and business partners in setting the course for the corporate talent acquisition team to ensure the needs of the businesses are met while building and maintaining relationships with hiring managerso Establish, track, and analyze metrics and report on progress to business leadership, as requestedo Own ongoing strategic development of recruiting processes: identify competitive landscapes, talent pipelining, providing insight on competitive benchmarking, defining candidate populations and emerging trendso Provide subject matter leadership, including engagement and thought leadership both within the company and to our clients while creating and nurturing a culture of service, credibility and partnership
