Led product prototyping, requirements, development, test, and deployment for the pilot of the NFL Next Generation Statistics system. Directed design, production, rollout, and support of nationwide MotionWorks computing/network platforms and infrastructure. Oversaw production and integration of assets for all 33 NFL venues across two off-seasons. Also held ownership of prototype design, development, test, integration, and delivery of RFID Fall Protection System for Boeing commercial airplanes. Owned product through initial fielding, and oversaw transition to production/support teams. Responsible for all product management functions, including sales, engineering, design, release, merchandising, and development of initial supply chain. Led production management and launch of NFL player-tracking software system during 2013 pilot competition, requiring rapid prototyping of diverse/rigorous motion tracking and data integration capabilities and operation in two stadiums, taking Zebra from to first place in pilot competition, ultimately winning production contract. Accomplished design, production, and implementation of nation-wide computing and network architecture for NFL player tracking system, comprising NFL and company data centers and 32 stadiums. Coordinated multiple production, development, and installation teams. Led product management and systems integration of MotionWorks Fall Protection System, innovative industrial manufacturing safety product pairing RTLS asset tracking and software motion analysis to halt equipment in unsafe conditions. Championed first solution offering of MotionWorks system in industrial manufacturing. Designed, merchandised, and bid integrated hardware/software approach, increasing revenue and margin over comparable legacy bids. Successfully delivered first MotionWorks Fall Protection System to Boeing commercial airplanes in coordination with RTLS, software engineering leads, and customer teams.
