My activities include leadership development, leadership and learning-related research projects.

My work as a faculty member at Royal Roads includes thesis supervision, major project supervision, course design, course delivery, elements of program design and other specialized projects. All of my thesis and project students have completed their programs, and several have been nominated for--or have won--prizes.I have worked with several programs.
