Three months after the launch of this feature, BI team statistics showed that 70% of issues were reported using the new in-app ticketing; The new feature optimized the experience of millions of users using the TAPSI app.• Co-designed and developed the remote registration service, after which the drivers could do their whole process of registration remotely and online that increased the join rate of the drivers to TAPSI.

University Internship Program:• Co-developed a web application that recommended the user with the cheapest ride-hailing service provider in Iran for that specific input origin and destination. Target ride-hailing services were TAPSI, Snapp, and Carpino.• The purpose of this project was to teach students web application programming as a joint program of the university and Fandogh and was never launched and released publicly.
