I’m a Zoologist by birth, a social entrepreneur for social and environmental justice by day and a sea-kayaker when I get the chance. I’m driven by a deep rooted conviction of the need for a more equal society living within planetary boundaries. This passion continually expands my outlook to embrace new ways to improve people’s wellbeing in step with environmental regeneration.Over the last 10-years, I have been developing expertise in applied behavioural science, systems thinking, social enterprise development, and human centred design to complement my in-depth experience of insight driven communication and marketing. I am most engaged tackling complex problems by bringing together people with diverse skills to share ideas to design and deliver solutions that unlock our and a programme's potential.I have consistently collaborated with others to deliver large scale initiatives across the private, academic, NGO, and governmental (local and national) sectors in the UK, European Union and Africa. This has meant flexibly operating in a variety of roles as a director, trustee, mentor, fixer and consultant to engage stakeholders across multiple sectors, organisations, and nations.This has been achieved by listening and understanding stakeholders needs, developing and demonstrating mutual opportunities, backed with compelling strategies, and has realised over £10M of funding for our shared ambitions.I believe that the wellbeing of people, the regeneration of the natural world, and our place on the planet are all interconnected. I am currently working with, and learning from, people with shared values to develop new, unexpected and exciting collaborations to secure that future.
