Have served as Director and Dream Team Advisory Board member to assist in moving the mission of The Imagine Foundation forward. The Imagine Foundation exists to place value on women of all ages and stages of life by empowering them to find freedom from the inside out through developing a healthy self-esteem, valuing their identity, and increasing their resilience. The primary vehicle in which to help girls and women is via the Mirror Mirror Book, courses, assemblies, and facilitator training written by best-selling Author and Imagine Foundation Director, Dianne Wilson.

Donation included full Microsoft training and home computer benefits. • Implemented volunteer programs. Total of 307 volunteer service hours for 2009-2010.• Produced new agency business name, logo, and implemented branding.

• Reported to the CEO for all contributed income for a $2 million annual operating budget and preparation for $13 million capital campaign for residential alcohol and drug recovery program for women and their children. • Wrote and reported against a 5 year all inclusive development plan, an annual plan, and budgets. Included: individuals, boards, staff, alumni, alumni families, corporations, foundations, government, churches, community groups, and social enterprise business.• Assisted CEO with 5 year strategic plan board retreat: master plan and feasibility study rollout.• Transitioned master plan into feasibility study and capital campaign readiness.• Implemented contributed income tracking and reporting system.

Developed and operated day-to-day management from a comprehensive Annual Development Plan which included goals, objectives, strategies, and budget. • Developed and implemented a Volunteer Plan and Trustee Recruitment Procedures. • Worked extensively with several volunteer leadership groups including an Endowment Committee and Advancement Council. • Steward of restricted contributions including the endowment scholarship fund.• Managed all aspects of endowment for student and teacher scholarship fund.• Initiated giving programs for: playground enhancement $300,000 completed, performing arts program $200,000 completed, and technology initiative $300,000 75% funded within 6 months. • Increased net auction results by 40% to $520,000 during head of school transition year.• Implemented No Child Left Behind government funding in 3 categories and received over $40,000 in allocations.
