I and Michael Roe are joint founders and Executive Directors of Learning English Today Ltd. I am the Managing Director (Operations and Development) responsible for Academy Operations and European Business Development. Prior to the foundation of our Academy I worked in Hospitality, Catering and Events management in the UK and gained a Bachelor degree in Public Relations & Events Management in London in 2012. My experience of teaching English started as a volunteer in India and Venezuela in 2017-2018. Whilst there I met Michael, a professional in language education and we decided to start up our own English language Academy with Michael as Director of Education and Head Teacher and I as Director of Operations and Business Development.Today our LET group of Academies in the UK, Spain and France provides individuals privately and in corporations with languages tuition in 🇬🇧🇪🇸🇫🇷🇩🇪 Our guiding principal then, and now, is delivering an affordable, efficient, reliable and unique way of Learning English online using our own branded developed methodology. Our unique approach to teaching English 🇬🇧 was very successful and it has since been adapted to a further 3 languages 🇫🇷🇩🇪🇪🇸. Our approach is flexible allowing us to create tailor-made classes based on students need and demand. We do not make use of ‘classroom’ books with preset structures that induce student and teacher boredom. Neither do we use imaginary sceneries or unknown environments. We immerse our students in the real world, with concrete situations that speak to them including real people that are close or known by them. Our very distinctive approach to learning is what differentiates us from the competition. We are so confident about our methodology that we give all newcomers a free trial session to allow them to experiment with our methods of teaching. I can proudly say that 95% of our trial sessions succeed with candidates enrolling with the Academy. Our innovations in language learning forms a step change in the language teaching industry. To date we have successfully engaged with over 400 students and we employ 20 full time teachers all of whom are delighted to be part of this innovative, dynamic and interactive way of learning/teaching experience.
