Account Manager
Current• Maintain a strong technical knowledge of MLI’s products & services to effectively communicate specifications and application with customers.• Consistently build strong relationships with customers while acting as the key contact and advisor. • Exhibit reliable and effective communication/presentation skills to clearly deliver the value proposition of products to key decision makers. Including price proposals, negotiating sales agreements, closing sales and distributing process change notifications. • Carefully develop and implement SAM (strategic account management) plans to maximize revenue for high value existing customers and prospective clients. Key elements would include market research, value quantification, relationship mapping, strategic objectives, account strategy and action plans.• Demonstrate professional time management abilities by juggling multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines efficiently while also proactively managing orders and supply lines.• Collaborate closely with multidimensional team of production, product management, QC, and logistics stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and support.
