As a product manager in the research and innovation department, I am responsible for the product development throughout its life cycle, beginning with the requirements definition and choosing the technology through the manufacturing and up to marketing and support.I define content and set milestones, identify the critical path, prioritize and manage the risks.It is my responsability to make sure we meet the budget planning and deadlines and to coordinate with suppliers and other external factors.

Being the senior software engineer of a new WEB product, I had the opportunity to be part of the requirement analysis team as well as the software modules main architect.I developed data structures, software infrastructures and helped implementing solutions using best practices.Collaborating with the research team, I developed a few algorithms involved in an innovative optical/paramedical system.

Lead a team of 3 software developers in a big scale and challenging projects.

While studying in Tel-Hai Academic College, and as part of the outstanding students program, I joined BMC for my first Hi-Tech position. As a junior software engineer, I coded in C, C# and JAVA and developed few of the in-house software solutions. I was also developing some testing tools to automate the QA process. All in all, a wonderful experience, enriching and teaching.
