Hello I am Sadia Shahzad. In 2018 I acquired a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from DeVry University. I am currently working as Inquiry Response Coordinator, the first point of contact for prospective students for CEC’s online and ground campuses, handling inbound or outbound calls.using of multiple scripts, supporting various calling campaigns for both our online and ground campuses of AIU and CTU presented through our contact systems. I have utilized my business skills as a sales representative in a multi national company based in Pakistan "Shan Distribution network". I have worked in different fields through my professional career, to start with I worked in 1985-1986 as Merchandiser/ sales coordinator in Wrangler Jean Company, Pakistan.My strengths are my duties that I have rendered, during career as a teacher in Beacon House school Systems in Pakistan, that are punctuality, reliability, and resourcefulness. I have acquired many skills by teaching students from 1st to 9th grade, including organization and accountability, communication and most of all ‘patience’. I utilized these skills during my tenure here in the US as an early childhood teacher since 2008. As I wanted to update myself in latest technology, I opted to finish my degree in US in Technical management and business AdministrationI am eager to explore more and get knowledge and experience in what my current job offers, building up strong relationships with customers by calling and following up with their orders and utilizing latest computer skills working on Excel worksheets, e-mails, and compiling records.I am also able to work as an Academic advisor since I have been a Vice Principal and Admissions and Teachers coordinator in a non-profit institution ISNS in the US from 2002-2008.
