1. Recruiting: Responsible for whole recruitment process- Open position analysis- Design & post recruitment advertisement - Candidate searching- Screen resume and maintain candidate database- Implement Tel / Face-to-Face Interview and screen out qualified candidates - Coordinate interview schedule- Follow interview result and give consultation if necessary.- Offer negotiation, Reference Check, Fix candidate on-board date and continuous follow up.- Draft related recruitment reports2．Routine HR work and admin:- Inform HQ for new employees' registration- Check new employees' ID, education certificate, result of medical exam, etc.- Sign labor contract and relevant documents- Maintain employees' personal files- Resignation reason analysis- Issue resignation certificate, CPF transfer note, etc - Labor contract management- Organize employees activity, such as sports, teambuilding so as to improve team rallying power- Feedback the HQ’s new policy to all employees

- Responsible for social and campus recruitment, strict screening of candidates and associate related departments to select the qualified candidate- Participate in making the KPI system.- Establish and maintain personnel files- Responsible for the entry, resignation, transfer and promotion of candidates.- Working attendance / Overtime working statistic - Resignation reason statistic and analysis- Organize and coordinate other employee activity
