Design, implementation, testing and maintenance of network solutions for telecommunication operators in Poland and abroad. - Installation and configuration of core network elements for enabling advanced voice services in GSM / 3G / LTE (VoLTE) / 5G (VoNR) / VoWiFi, as well as non-3GPP access such as external PBX, SIP trunk gateways, etc.- Helping develop and document our test 5G Standalone network (radio and core) with IMS.- Cooperation with other network vendors (Cisco, Ericsson, etc.).- Design and execution of test suites, i.e: signaling tests to ensure interoperability between Circuit Switched networks and "All-IP" networks.- Taking care of configuration change requests and incidents reported by operators, designing an action-plan and applying it.- Writing and reviewing customized documentation for each customer (papers describing procedures for maintenance and operation, papers describing our implementations).

VAS integration testing (manual and automated).Some of my duties:- Manual and automated functional testing of application interfaces (REST, SOAP).- Creation of test plans to detect bugs early and measure quality between versions.- Maintenance of the scripts for our automated testing framework and test plans.- Maintenance of our internal knowledge base.- Coordination of tasks and reporting between out teams in Poland and China.

- Delivering in-person enrollment and refresher trainings to our employees in Poland and contractors abroad in different areas of our business.- Preparing training agendas according to the needs of business owners and outsourcing partners.- Diagnose and report to management root causes of team issues and inefficiencies, presenting recommendations of specific actions/activities and implement agreed-upon solutions.- Product ownership for training materials for our European-specific retail transacting system.- Management of the learning environment, interacting with all types of learners, while maintaining control of the learning environment.- Designing new and updated documentation and guides for the delivery of trainings.- Designing new and updated computer based (“e-learning”) trainings.

- Escalated point of contact for our customers, agencies, partners and other customer care representatives.- Understanding not only our customer's and partner's needs, but also follow very strict internal procedures for security and revenue assurance as a strongly regulated financial company.Apart from my main role:-[AWARDED] Assisting in the rewriting of numerous internal knowledge base articles belonging to our both lines of Global Customer Care.
