• Accountable for financial, accounting & commercial control of their automobile ancillary units based in Western India, ancillary to General Motors, Eicher Motors, Tata Motors & other major OEM’s and exports to Volvo and supplies to other LCV & HCV Manufacturers• Prepared budgets, analysis of profit & loss and dealt with banks & institutions for various investment proposals, as per the headquarters based at UK.• Monitored & submitted various MIS on timely basis, review and submission on weekly fortnightly, and monthly with comments thereon, conducted operational committee meetings, prepared agenda and finalized and submission of minutes.• Finalisation of Financial Statements as per Indian and UK GAAP.

• Responsible for Finalisation of Quarterly Financial Statement, clearance from Statutory Auditors under Stock exchange Guidelines, LLR, with total Capital Investment of USD 2.8 bn approx..• Finalisation of Cash Flow Statement for presentation to Lead Bankers, under review of Statutory Auditors.• As at that time project was under distress and under CDR process

• Involved in acquisition of the running unit at Newai, Jaipur and its smooth transfer & transition for its operation and considering the legal & statutory compliances, custody of the assets and its capitalisation in books of accounts• Supply Chain Finance - material movement, costing, control and review of processes, variance analysis along with finalisation of books of accounts

• Heading the Finance and Commercial function of Pithampur, M.P. Plant• Responsible for transiting smoothly from project stage to operations of the unit with fixing of various internal & financial controls and checks. • Financial, Statutory and Legal compliances at Unit Level, including commercial and industrial laws.• Supply Chain Finance - material movement, costing, control and review of processes, variance analysis along with finalisation of books of accounts
