I oversee the strategic development and execution of comprehensive Sales & Soft Skills training programs across Southeast Asia market, based in Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. My role focuses on driving continuous learning and fostering a culture of innovation and growth within the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities:General Management: Leading the execution of training programs across Malaysia and Southeast Asia General Distributor markets. I ensure all training is aligned with the latest automotive advancements and organizational goals.Training Plan Development: I design and implement curriculum plans, integrating best practices in training methodologies. My focus is on delivering high-impact training to meet both business and retail demands while promoting efficiency.Product Training & C-Qualification: I organize and oversee product training programs, including C-Profile Qualifications for sales, service, and management teams, to ensure the highest standards of customer engagement in the SEA II region.GTLS System Administration: I manage and administer the Global Training Learning System (GTLS) for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and other clients, ensuring seamless training delivery and system improvements.Retail of Future (RoF) Training: I collaborate with retail teams to identify training needs, providing customized solutions for processes and systems specific to Malaysia's market.Soft-Skills & Product Training Team Management: I oversee the development of soft-skills trainers, ensuring high competence levels and compliance with global training standards.

Malaysia

• Regional Key Client Administrator for Mercedes-Benz GTLS (Global Training Learning Space)• Certified Mercedes-Benz Trainer• Support for all and any Certified-Sales (C-Sales) related issues and task in SEAII• Monitor, enhance and improve C-Sales training and evaluate the training together with Market Managers• Coordinate & support Market Certification/recertification• Support the design, planning & organization of Market Launch, Facelift and all sales Product Training in the SEAII region• Monitor, enhance, improve Product Training and follow-up in all training to evaluate the effectiveness of the training• Support efficiency and strong organization for SEA II training team.• To assist the Training Manager to develop the training organization of SEA II to further support markets• To support the rollout of MMC in Malaysia as MMC tester.• To conduct functional testing on Mercedes Me Portal, Mercedes Me App & Mercedes Me Connect Retail in accordance to work procedures and relevant standards.• Act as SEAII Manager Deputy & support SEAII Manager for Management Tasks where requested

• Support SEA 2 markets vocational training programme development, improvement & implementation of Vocational Training• Prepare and develop training contents based on Mercedes Global Training concept• Work with educational & government awarding bodies to gain certification• Support that training materials are up-to-date, equipment and practical area are well organized/ maintained to enable the training to be conducted effectively and successfully.• Ensure the vocational trainers formulate and to carry out training evaluation on the trainees• To monitor the effectiveness and quality of the training courses that has been carried out by vocational trainers.• To assist the Training Manager to overlook the overall development of the training centres in the region• Support & Co-ordinate on any C-Profile (CSA,CCCA,C-MGT,C-sales) related issues and task for the benefits of the candidates.• Monitor and ensure all candidates are enrolled in C-Program• Enhance and improve C-Profile training and follow-up in all C-Profile training to evaluate the effectiveness of the training• Attend Train-The-Trainer programme• Participate in certification program for trainers development.
