Pulling PSP Reports, MVR(for US Drivers) and CVOR-Abstracts for recruitment. Scheduling Road test with instructor(Driver Trainer) to evaluate the driving skills. Scheduling qualified drivers for orientation and truck assignment. Arranging Pre-employment Drug test for the drivers. Completing FMCSA Clearing house Pre-employment and Annual queries for Drivers. Coordinate with CDVS for background checks of the drivers. Providing time to time assistance to drivers Assisting drivers in completing applications and ensure the required documents are provided by the driver. Applying Fast Cards and CDRP Cards. Co-coordinating with dispatch, payroll, safety, customs team.
