• Restaurant acquisition by prospecting and pitching.• Closing new restaurants in given zones using different communication channels like cold calling, emails and social media.• Managing the portfolio of leads and ensuring strong conversion rates while being organized with attention to details• Assisting the commercial team with ad-hoc strategic initiatives like field pitch days, restaurant marketing roll-outs, and cross-functional projects• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new restaurants.• Following up with restaurants and providing excellent customer service for strong restaurant retention.

• Overseeing warehouse operations, stock management, and order fulfillment• Forecast analysis to procure and maintain appropriate stock levels• Liaising with Commercial, Strategy, Central Logistics teams and external third parties to manage order fulfillment across Australia

• Short and long-term planning and assessing of budget to achieve annual profit targets and looking after commercial operations• Maintaining accurate stock levels to avoid overstocking and understocking by employing forecast techniques• Delegating responsibilities in areas of sales, marketing and customer service• Devising strategies and offers for quick clearance and festive season promotions• Performance appraisals of internal and external service providers• Monitoring compliance of processes and procedures against legally required metrics and notifying any disruptions to responsible departments
