The critically acclaimed product was abruptly discontinued when Swiss Valley Farms acquired The Caves of Faribault. • Grafton received 21 awards during my time including the prestigious Sofi Award, World Cheese Awards, American Cheese Society, Wine Spectator, Big E, LA International • Develop and implement an annual budget.• Manage Inventory and Sales projections for 4.5 million pounds of Aged Artisanal Cheese Products• Designed and installed a semi-automatic packaging line for waxing and vacuum sealing aged Cheddars in 4 oz and 8 oz sizes. • Partnered with 4-H of Vermont to develop a three week in-school Dairy Education Program for middle school students.• Implemented from the ground up, HACCP, GMP’s, Preventative Maintenance, and Safety Programs to become an SQF audited facility. • Designed Premium Program for GVC’s 40 milk producers
