About John Adamczyk
I am an entrepreneur in the auto racing industry as well as a career electronics/IT technician with the Walt Disney World Resort's utilities company Reedy Creek Energy Services. I hope to transition into the racing industry full time within the next few years to be able to dedicate more time to building my web business which I've been quietly building since 2007.I started my racing business to become more involved with the racing scene and to create a racing related business to help fund my racing adventures. I have been involved with racing, and racing something from go karts to cars for my whole life, and have settled in with racing Mazda Miata's in the Spec Miata class, both with the SCCA and NASA organizations. Since 2009, I've been volunteering as a race director for the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) Florida Region, more specifically the Spec Miata Class Director. A position which I currently hold. Under the 5X Racing namesake, we have a two car Spec Miata racing team which competes in the NASA Florida Region and SCCA Southeast Region. In 2010 we won the NASA Florida Region Spec Miata Championship and also earned 2nd and 3rd place with drivers who race under our banner. Since starting 5X Racing in 2007, we've grown from offering only Spec Miata racing parts to creating our own product line and brand of racing parts that encompass all high-performance oriented Miata's. Our focus is to continue to build our brand and custom parts offerings and become a premier brand name in the Miata parts industry, and eventually transcend into other high-performance race inspired vehicles in the future. Our focus is hard-core racing parts for Miata's, but we've also grown and have begun to specialize in offering unique electronics and specialty parts for people interested in performing engine swaps in their Miata's.
