Responsible for driving the expansion of the regional office technology consulting practice, team capabilities, headcount, collaboration across solutions and client portfolio. Train direct hires to manage consultants and client engagements to efficiently implement projects within budgeting and time constraints while identifying new opportunities to further drive growth. Core capabilities in common projects include data governance, data architecture and data validation, business intelligence and advanced analytics.• Drove regional office technology consulting practice from $0 to $6M annual revenue in under 5 years• Support expansion of local technology consulting head count from 1 to 50+ within a 5-year span• Enable integration of Alteryx data preparation and advanced analytic capabilities across all company service offering tiers at a global scale• Partner with technology consulting leads as well as other company solution groups to identify opportunities and implement solutions at existing or new clients

Leads the implementation of the BCBS 239 Risk and Regulatory data aggregation, quality/verification and reporting processes to support current and future compliance needs through technology. Drives the development and implementation business data quality process and platform to help drive industry best practices across Risk, Finance, Treasury and IT. Acts as an agent of change to communicate and enforce the adoption of Risk and Regulatory data standards, definitions, structures, hierarchies, taxonomies, attributes and data models to support and optimize end-to-end business solution flows. Partners with colleagues across Lines of Business, Finance, Information Technology, Risk and Treasury to promote clear understanding, documentation and communication of data requirements across key initiatives and work streams. •Developed the plan and artifacts for subject matter experts to capture Key Data Element metadata: - 5 BU’s, +100 Reports, 500 KDE’s & DQ Rules •Led the requirements, design and development for a Data Quality Dashboard/reporting environment •Developed and rolled out an internal Data Quality Issue tracking, workflow & reporting tool - Received 200 DQ issues in 6 months that DQ team has worked to resolve (~100 issues) •Defined the plan and requirements for a 3rd party data quality solution suite evaluation - 6 month POC of IBM InfoSphere utilizing actual in-house data & a DQ dashboard of 12 reports
