•Identify sites/land and property as per the requirment of the organization.•Sourcing of properties with the help of our officers and associates in PAN India, collecting all the revenue documents from the PATWARI/revenue authorities concerned, Negotiating with the owners/farmers and preparing the relevant note for the Management to get the approval of the same. •Legal due diligence for the land/property and inquire about all the Govt. Approvals applicable for the same before final acquisition.•Drafting agreement of Sale/ Conveyance deed, Lease deed, MOUs, GPA, Joint Venture Agreement, NDAs etc. and manage the local legal team in negotiating, drafting and closing such agreements.•Registration of the land/property in the name of company and mutation accordingly. •Administering all legal matters involving land acquisition, clearing the land form the land acquisition proceeding of the state and liaison with related authority and ensuring proper timely approvals, permits, licenses etc for the project under development. •Act as legal advisor to the management and Coordination with external and internal agencies.•Co-ordinate dispute and litigation matters. Analyze and interpret law, rulings and regulations that affect company and recommend changes accordingly.•Provide internal training on relevant legal issues to company.

•Identification of Land parcel as per the requirement of the company.•Land Procurement & Legal work at 40 Cities in different part of Haryana, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, M.P., Uttarakhand & UP etc..•Lead the team as a Team Head in Land Acquisition / Legal Department•Offer legal opinion on the antecedents of the land and its correct value•Conduct title search and check on other compliances/liens.•Appointment of Advocates at Local Level.•Ensuring Mutation of the Land Records.•Drafting various Contracts, Agreements, Deeds and M.O.U.’S.•Cases relating to Consumer Forum etc. (Distt. & State Commission)
