• Managed production, operations and profitability of Wholesale Branch Office with 40 employees, servicing mortgage brokers in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi.
• Increased volume to $100 million per month (280% increase) in six months, while achieving operational and quality targets.
• Grew sales force 200% and instilled a positive sales team culture that included goal setting, service level agreements, and accountability.
• Created a strong synergy between sales and operations staff to maximize efficiencies, production, profitability and customer service.

• Led operations for Wholesale Loan Fulfillment Centers with 400 employees, including providing leadership, guidance, support and implementation of new fulfillment procedures and processes throughout the country and.
