Adam Kemp has worked over 25 years in the fields of accounting and taxation, in public accounting, industry, and government positions. His expertise includes state & local, federal, and international tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, flow-through entities, and nonprofits. Adam has worked with some of the largest organizations in the United States and has drafted guidance and provided training on various topics, such as nexus standards, alternative tax systems, energy & investment tax credits, and deductible versus capital expenditures.In addition to his full-time position, Adam currently teaches a variety of college level face-to-face, virtual, and asynchronous online courses in accounting and taxation as an adjunct instructor. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Virginia and master of professional accounting in taxation from the University of Texas at Austin.
