I love solving problems! No matter how simple or complex the query, quandary, or conundrum, finding solutions that really work brings me joy and satisfaction in any job I take on. I'm grateful for the experience and skills that I have gained by not being afraid to take on difficult IT tasks over the more than 15 years I have been working professionally in IT. Always exerting myself to find the best answers has taught me how to code Python, work with APIs, build interactive VR experiences, produce live/hybrid/remote meetings, and so many other things.One of the best compliments I often get when speaking with others about complicated IT issues or concepts is "Thank you for putting [XYZ] is a way I could actually understand." Working continually to improve my interpersonal communication skills is important to me.
