In 2008 I began working for Wellpleased Promotions Ltd as part of their events crew. By October 2010 I progressed to production manager and was responsible for designing and building events. It was an amazing job! I thrived from the fast paced creative process. After graduating from Leeds Met, I decided to give my younger peers some one to one and group tutorials to help them succeed as well as I did. The role was voluntary and was on a part time basis. Students would contact me directly for advice and I would orange to meet with them and help them come up with design solutions for their work. What I found enjoyable was the chance to collaborate and discuss ideas.
