 The digitalization leader of the Manufacturing Department by incorporating DELMIA into Calidus processes for Digital Continuity within 3DEXPEREINCE PLM. o Designed and built the backbone structure of the MBOM (As-Planned) structure of the B-250 Aircraft in DELMIA, adhering to Configuration Management principles. o Developed the strategy to design and build the routings and work instructions of the B-250 Aircraft in DELMIA. o Developed the strategy to manage the lifecycle of the B-250 Aircraft tooling and other resources in DELMIA. Leader and Manager of a Continuous Improvement Task Force dedicated to designing and improving processes across Calidus Digital Solutions from Engineering to Production Departments. o Reviewed and improved the EBOM (As-Designed) Product Structure to adhere to Modularity and Digital Continuity Principles. o Re-designed the Change Process in Calidus, focusing on creating an integrated, agile, and collaborative environment. o Reviewed and improved the flow of Design information to Manufacturing with 3DEXPEREINCE. o Reviewed and improved the data flow and integration requirements from PLM to ERP. Develop and manage the Configuration and Change Management Strategy of the "As-Planned" structure.  Design the Digital Thread between Calidus PLM and ERP Systems. Designed and built a Master Plan for the B-250 Aircraft integrated with MBOM to generate need dates for all the Aircraft parts. Participated in developing Planning Control KPIs to monitor and control the delivery of aircraft parts to Calidus.  A Key user of Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE platform and IFS ERP Software.

 Participated in research and development (R&D) projects in collaboration with UAE companies focusing on Lean Manufacturing, DES, and Performance-Based Logistics (PBL). Developed a DES of an inboard flaps production line to aid in Lean Manufacturing analysis. Developed a DES of a simple Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Clinic to aid in Lean Manufacturing analysis. Developed a DES of a complex Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) Clinic (considering Labs, different sub-specialities, and different patient types) to facilitate rigorous Lean Manufacturing analysis. Developed a DES of a complex PBL system to optimize inventory and repair facilities. Published various peer-reviewed journal articles in Lean, DES, and Patient Safety.
