During those years, our technical staff grew to over 20 employees. I worked with the managers in each area to choose appropriate tools and frameworks, create development plans for their staff, managed the department budget, and worked closely with the directors for account management and project management to ensure that we could meet our clients' needs and deadlines.I also continued to work as a development lead/architect on a number of high-profile projects for brands like Miller Lite, Gillette, and AT&T.
